为期五周的金工实习结束了，在实习期间虽然很累，但我们很快乐，因为我们在学到了很多很有用的东西的同时还锻炼了自己的动手能力。虽然实习期只有短短的五周，在我们的大学生活中它只是小小的一部分，却是非常重要的一部分，对我们来说，它是很难忘记的，毕竟是一次真正的体验社会、体验生活。

通过这次金工实习，我了解了钳工、车工、铣工、磨工和数控车、铣、火花机、线切割机等的基本知识、基本操作方法。主要学习了以下几方面的知识：钳工、车工、铣工、磨工等的操作。

在钳工实习中，我们知道了钳工的主要内容为刮研、钻孔、锯割、锉削、装配、划线;了解了锉刀的构造、分类、选用、锉削姿势、锉削方法和质量的检测。我们实训的项目是做一个小榔头，说来容易做来难，我们的任务是把一根为30的115cm长的圆棒手工挫成20×20长112cm的小榔头，在此过程中稍有不慎就会导致整个作品报废。首先要正确的握锉刀，锉削平面时保持锉刀的平直运动是锉削的关键，锉削力有水平推力和垂直压力两种。锉刀推进时，前手压力逐渐减小后手压力大则后小，锉刀推到中间位置时，两手压力相同，继续推进锉刀时，前手压力逐渐减小后压力加大。锉刀返回时不施加压力。这样我们锉削也就比较简单了。同时我也知道了钳工的安全技术为： 1，钳台要放在便于工作和光线适宜的地方;钻床和砂轮一般应放在场地的边缘，以保证安全。2，使用机床、工具(如钻床、砂轮等)，要经常检查，发现损坏不得使用，需要修好再用。3，台虎钳夹持工具时，不得用锤子锤击台虎手柄或钢管施加夹紧力。

接着便是刮削、研磨、钻孔、扩孔等。虽然不是很标准，但却是我们汗水的结晶，是我们几天来奋斗的结果。

钳工的实习说实话是很枯燥的，可能干一个下午却都是在反反复复着一个动作，还要有力气，还要做到位，那就是手握锉刀在工件上来来回回的锉，锉到晚上时，整个人的手都酸疼酸疼的，腿也站的有一些僵直了，然而每每累时，却能看见老师在一旁指导，并且亲自示范，和我们一样，看到这每每给我以动力。几天之后，看着自己的加工成果，我们最想说的就是感谢指导我们的老师了。

车工、铣工不是由数控来完成的，它要求较高的手工操作能力。首先老师叫我们边听边看车床熟悉车床的各个组成部分，车床主要由变速箱、主轴箱、挂轮箱、进给箱、溜板箱、刀架、尾座、床身、丝杠、光杠和操纵杆组成。铣床主要由主轴箱、主轴、立柱、电气柜、工作台、冷却液箱、床身。车床、铣床是通过各个手柄来进行操作的，老师又向我们讲解了各个手柄的作用，然后就让我们熟悉随便练习加工零件。老师先初步示范了一下操作方法，并加工了一部分，然后就让我们开始加工。车床加工中一个很重要的方面就是要选择正确的刀，一开始我们要车个轴承样的零件。这对我们这种从来没有使用过车床的人来说，真是个考验。

不停的转动横向和纵向的控制手柄，小心翼翼的加工，搞了整整一个下午，自以为差不多的时候，准备在加以最后一刀，却操之过急，把圆弧的直径车小了!我痛心不已，惨啊!最难受的是站了一整天，小腿都疼起来.但当把车好的零件交给老师时那种成功的喜悦使我忘记了站得发疼得小腿.这种成功的喜悦只有通过亲身参加实训才能感受得到。

身为大学生的我们经历了十几年的理论学习，不止一次的被告知理论知识与实践是有差距的，但我们一直没有把这句话当真，也没有机会来验证这句话的实际差距到底有多少。金工实习给了我们一次实际掌握知识的机会，离开了课堂严谨的环境，我们感受到了车间中的气氛。同学们眼中好学的目光，与指导教师认真、耐心的操作，构成了车间中常见的风景。久在课堂中的我们感受到了动手能力重要性，只凭着脑子的思考、捉摸是不能完成实际的工作的，只有在拥有科学知识体系的同时，熟练掌握实际能力，包括机械的操作和经验的不断积累，才能把知识灵活、有效的运用到实际工作中。金工实习就是培养学生实践能力的有效途径。这里是另外一种学习课堂。通过我们动手，对掌握的理论知识进行补充与质疑。这与传统的课堂教育正好相反。这两种相辅相成，互相补充，能填补其中的空白，弥补其中一种的一些盲点。通过金工实习，整体感觉实际生产方式还是相对落后，书本中介绍的先进设备我们还是无法实际操作，实习中的设备往往以劳动强度大为主要特征，科技含量较低，但还是有一些基本知识能够在实践中得到了应用。

在我们实训快接近尾声的时，老师把我带到了磨工实训室边讲解边操作磨床，在我们认真听完以后自己开始动起了手，自己操作机床，磨自己前面钳工实训做的榔头，在老师的精心知道下我们把自己的作品再次利用车床加工了一边，使我们的第一件作品更加完美。在完成磨工任务以后老师在利用空余的时间把我们带到数控实训室讲解一些数控设备原理及操作，这样使我们在以后学习理论知识打下了坚实的基础。

the hero of this novel was oliver twist， an orphan， who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime。 he suffered enormous pain， such as hunger， thirst， beating and abuse。 while reading the tragic experiences of the little oliver， i was shocked by his sufferings。 i felt for the poor boy， but at the same time i detested the evil fagin and the brutal bill。 to my relief， as was written in all the best stories， the goodness eventually conquered devil and oliver lived a happy life in the end。 one of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft， little oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of mrs。 maylie and rose and began a new life。 he went for walks with them， or rose read to him， and he worked hard at his lessons。 he felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty。

how can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? the reason is the nature of goodness。 i think it is the most important information implied in the novel by dickens—he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty。 although i don’t think goodness is omnipotent， yet i do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded。

for me， the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person。 goodness is to humans what water is to fish。 he who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person。 on the contrary， as the famous saying goes， ‘the fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’， he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person。 people receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done， and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself。

to my disappointment， nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity。 they look down on people’s honesty and kindness， thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted。 as a result， they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others。 on the other hand， they attach importance to money and benefit。 in their opinion， money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility。 if they cannot get profit from showing their ‘kindness’， they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down。 they are one of the sorts that i really detest。

human beings are fiercely independent animals and we will always have our own opinions and independent methods of doing something. this is the way our minds are hardwired by nature. except for a very small percentage of us, sharing and collaboration with others is not exactly programmed inside each and every one of us. this is because each person is mainly concerned about his or her rewards,

appreciation, need for power over others, and so on. but teamwork is a different ballgame that aligns mindsets in a cooperative, and usually selfless manner towards a specific business purpose. and it involves sacrifices, sharing of rewards, sharing the blame and punishments, true uniformity, suppression of personal opinions, etc., which is not very palatable to many. it is always, 'what is in it for me' rather than 'what is in it for us.

in order for teamwork to succeed one must be a teamplayer. a teamplayer is one who subordinates personal aspirations and works in a coordinated effort with other members of a group, or team, in striving for a common goal. businesses and other organizations often go to the effort of coordinating team building events in an attempt to get people to work as a team rather than as individuals.a 2003 national representative survey, how-fair , revealed that americans think that 'being a team player' was the most important factor in getting ahead in the workplace. this was ranked higher than several factors, including 'merit and performance', 'leadership skills', 'intelligence', 'making money for the organization' and 'long hours'.
